The Each 1 Teach 1, Inc. 40-Hour Youth & Community Wellness Certificate Program is designed for educators, school staff, counselors, therapists, social workers, caregivers, yoga teachers, and community leaders seeking practical, evidence-based tools to support emotional wellness, resilience, and self-regulation.

Built from real-world implementation in schools and communities, this interactive training combines Social Emotional Learning (SEL), trauma-informed practices, mindful movement, and self-awareness strategies to help participants create safe, supportive, and engaging environments for youth and families.

Participants will learn not only how to support others, but also how to strengthen their own well-being and resilience through sustainable wellness practices.

TRAINING INFORMATION

Hybrid Learning Experience

The Each 1 Teach 1, Inc. 40-Hour Certificate Training combines self-paced learning, live instruction, experiential activities, and practical application.

Program Structure: 5 Weekends | 40 Total Hours - Saturdays & Sundays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes a one-hour lunch break)

This pacing allows participants time to:

The Each 1 Teach 1, Inc. Youth Wellness Leadership Certificate Program combines evidence-informed practices, experiential learning, and real-world implementation strategies to help participants create safer, more connected, and emotionally supportive environments for youth and communities.

Grounded in the CASEL Framework, trauma-informed practices, mindful movement, self-regulation, and youth development, this training bridges research with practical application.

Throughout the training, participants will explore how emotional regulation, connection, movement, and mindfulness can support learning, wellness, resilience, and healthy relationships.

Learning takes place in a collaborative environment where participants are encouraged to reflect, practice, ask questions, and learn from one another's experiences.

Empowerment begins with understanding ourselves.

This training is designed to help participants strengthen their own resilience while developing practical tools to empower youth, families, students, clients, and communities.

Whether you are an educator, school counselor, therapist, social worker, parent, youth program leader, or wellness professional, you will gain strategies that can be immediately applied in your personal and professional settings to foster confidence, self-awareness, resilience, and positive growth in those you serve.

For professionals working one-on-one with youth or clients, the training offers tools that support co-regulation, emotional awareness, and nervous system regulation.

For those working with groups, classrooms, or organizations, participants will learn practical strategies for integrating social-emotional learning, mindful movement, and community-building practices into their existing work.

Time is intentionally built into the training for partner activities, small group discussions, reflection, and practice so participants leave feeling confident and supported.

Meet Your Lead Instructor

Danica Warden

Danica Warden is the Founder and Executive Director of Each 1 Teach 1, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching youth how to identify their emotions, communicate their needs, and build lifelong self-regulation skills.

With more than 18 years of experience in yoga, meditation, mindful movement, and healing-centered practices, Danica has dedicated her career to helping youth, educators, families, and communities develop practical tools for resilience and emotional well-being.

Danica is a 500-Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), trauma-informed facilitator, social-emotional learning practitioner, and youth development leader.

Drawing from more than 1,000 hours of advanced training and years of direct implementation in detention centers, rehabilitation settings, senior communities, schools, and community programs, she developed this certificate program to provide practical, accessible, and transformative tools that participants can immediately apply in their personal and professional lives.

Through Each 1 Teach 1, Inc., Danica continues to lead workshops, professional development trainings, and community initiatives focused on developing emotionally intelligent youth, resilient educators, and stronger communities.
