Over the past fifteen years, Danica has delved into various disciplines including yoga, meditation, breath work, kundalini, and holistic wellness practices.

Danica's passion for holistic wellness led her to found Each 1 Teach 1, Inc., where she serves as Founder & Executive Director. The organization's mission is centered on helping youth identify their emotions and effectively communicate their needs. Danica extends her expertise beyond her nonprofit work by leading yoga and mindfulness sessions for adults at Yogamour Healing Arts Center in Frederick, MD. She also leads classes for youth and families through her organization, fostering partnerships and collaborations within the community.

Denise Morgan, a highly accomplished professional with a distinguished background in children's programming and substantial experience as the Executive Director of Children's Bible Ministries of Maryland, brings her wealth of expertise to Each 1 Teach 1, Inc.'s esteemed Board of Directors. Denise's journey began as Secretary from 2023 to 2024, during which her exceptional leadership, knowledge, and dedication to our mission became evident.

Denise's proactive approach and strategic insights have been instrumental in advancing our organization's goals, leading to her current appointment as Chair of the Board. In this role, she continues to drive forward impactful initiatives that resonate with our community and stakeholders alike. Denise’s commitment to excellence and passion for empowering others through education and mentorship underscore her significant contributions to the ongoing success and mission fulfillment of Each 1 Teach 1, Inc.

Sandy Ryn brings a wealth of professional experience and vibrant energy to Each 1 Teach 1, Inc. Her diverse background includes roles in office management, loan administration, finance, customer service, coaching, and education. Growing up in a military family and living across the U.S. has endowed Sandy with exceptional adaptability and a wide-ranging perspective, which she applies to her professional and personal endeavors.

Since 2021, Sandy has served as the Executive Administrative Assistant at Each 1 Teach 1, Inc. In this role, she oversees office administration, manages back-end operations, maintains contract lifecycles, and secures significant grant funding. Additionally, Sandy has demonstrated her adaptability and commitment to education as a Substitute Teacher with Frederick County Public Schools, seamlessly integrating into various classroom environments to support student learning. Her prior positions at Nationwide General Contracting, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Citi Mortgage have sharpened her skills in logistics, compliance, and financial management.

Sandy is passionately dedicated to community service. She served as the Board Secretary for Each 1 Teach 1, Inc. from 2022 to 2023 and has been the Treasurer since 2022. An active community member, Sandy has been coaching and training youth basketball in Frederick County since 2007 and founded No Competition Basketball, LLC in 2016. She holds an Associate of Arts in Health & Physical Education from Hagerstown Community College and is certified in First Aid and CPR.

Mrs. Gerrie Johnson serves as a Member At Large on the executive board. In this capacity, she actively contributes to the development and review of the organization's governance policies, bylaws, and strategic plans. Gerrie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland University College and possesses multiple certifications in Contracting, Management, and Diversity.Originally from Las Vegas, NV, Gerrie has called Maryland home for the past two decades. Beyond her board responsibilities, she extends her commitment to community service by dedicating her free time to volunteering for various organizations within the Frederick community. Gerrie finds fulfillment in connecting with people and learning about their life stories, embodying the mantra, "If you don’t know my story, you will not understand my glory." Through her multifaceted involvement, Gerrie exemplifies a deep-rooted commitment to the mission and values of E1T1, Inc.
