At Each 1 Teach 1, Inc., we believe that lasting change begins with our youth, and every child deserves the tools to thrive—and every adult in their life deserves support in guiding them. Our services are rooted in trauma-informed, wellness-based practices designed to build emotional strength, resilience, and connection through social-emotional learning (CASEL 5), mindful movement, and creative expression.

Youth & Family Services

30-minute sessions delivered during the school day in classrooms, homeschool groups, or daycares. We integrate yoga, breathing, and mindful games to complement curriculum and nurture student well-being.

Rooted in Wellness, Built for Connection
Our After School Programs are the heart of what we do—meeting youth and their families exactly where they are, and offering a safe, welcoming space for growth, healing, and expression.
Each series is expands on the CASEL 5 core competencies—Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, and Responsible Decision-Making. Through consistent practice, students build emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence in a trauma-informed setting that fosters curiosity and creativity.
In addition to yoga, breathing, meditation, and mindful games, our after school sessions are centered around our signature Wellness Initiatives:
🧘♀️ Mindful Movement (youth yoga and body awareness)
🥦 Mindful Eating (nutritional education and food-based mindfulness)
🌱 Grow Your Own Gardening (hands-on lessons in patience, growth, and environmental connection)
🎨 Art as Expression (using creativity as an emotional outlet and tool for self-reflection)
Each class also includes a healthy snack, supporting students’ physical nourishment alongside their emotional and mental wellbeing.

Our flexible, pop-up style classes bring social-emotional learning and mindfulness to life in creative ways. From weekend and evening workshops to special farm-based experiences like SEL-focused yoga with horses at Hearts of the Herd, these offerings give children opportunities to explore mindfulness, movement, and emotional regulation outside the classroom. Classes may be offered as one-time experiences or in a short series, making it easy for families to participate in unique, meaningful enrichment activities.

Designed for families to grow and learn together, these classes combine age-appropriate activities for children with practical strategies parents can use at home. Through playful movement, breathing exercises, and mindful practices, children build emotional awareness and self-regulation skills—while parents gain tools to support these skills in everyday life. Whether “Mommy & Me,” “Daddy & Me,” or any caregiver-child pair, these sessions strengthen bonds, foster healthy habits, and create shared moments of calm and connection.

Our Community Engagement programs bring social-emotional learning and mindfulness to schools, families, and local communities through interactive, one-time or occasional events. From schoolwide SEL Days to Glow Parties and hands-on demonstrations, these experiences give participants of all ages the opportunity to explore mindfulness, build emotional awareness, and connect with others in a fun and engaging environment.

Each 1 Teach 1, Inc. offers expert-led speaking engagements and professional workshops for schools, organizations, and sponsored events. These sessions share trauma-informed practices, social-emotional learning strategies, and mindfulness techniques, providing actionable tools for educators, caregivers, and professionals. Open to everyone—from parents and caregivers to educators and wellness professionals—these workshops integrate Each 1 Teach 1, Inc.’s trauma-informed practices, social-emotional learning, yoga, and self-care strategies. Each 1 Teach 1, Inc. offers specialized professional development trainings designed to enhance educators, caregivers, yoga practitioners, and parents. Participants learn directly from our evidence-based practices, including basic yoga fundamentals, CASEL-aligned social-emotional learning techniques, and trauma-informed approaches for early childhood implementation. These trainings provide the necessary knowledge and foundational skills to become an Each 1 Teach 1, Inc. staff member or instructor assistant, equipping participants with practical tools to support children’s social, emotional, and behavioral development while fostering mindful and effective caregiving and teaching practices.
